Sessa Marine, a historic Italian shipyard and a recognized brand in international yachting, continues its brand development path in 2026 by strengthening its management structure. The company announces the appointment of Roberto Tummolo as Commercial Director, with operational responsibility starting on January 16, 2026.

The announcement comes on the eve of Boot Düsseldorf (January 17–25, 2026), a key event for the European and international yachting industry, where Tummolo will already be present in his new role.

The appointment of the new Commercial Director is part of a strategy aimed at enhancing Sessa Marine’s positioning in established markets and selectively developing international opportunities, in line with the brand’s historical and industrial identity.

Profile

Roberto Tummolo brings to Sessa Marine experience initially gained in the luxury goods sector and later in yachting, where he has been active for more than twenty years. Over the past five years he has held the position of coordinator of sales networks and dealer relations for SAIM’s Marina Business Unit, operating within structured corporate environments.

In his role as Commercial Director, Tummolo will be responsible for coordinating commercial activities and managing relations with the dealer network, as well as acting as a strategic link between the commercial area, technical offices, purchasing and design, with the aim of ensuring consistency between product, market and brand positioning.

“The objective,” says Tummolo, “is to continue strengthening Sessa Marine’s presence in the markets, enhancing a product range capable of interpreting the needs of the contemporary owner, in full respect of the brand’s Italian identity and tradition.”

A team based on continuity and experience

The strengthening of the management team takes place within an organization that has always combined expertise, historical memory and industrial vision.

Alongside Roberto Tummolo work:

• Francesco Parietti, Italy Area Manager, with 32 years of experience at Sessa Marine, a long-standing reference figure within the company

• Luana Belotti, with the company for 7 years, commercial office and support for Italian and international markets, a key element of operational and organizational continuity

A team that guarantees stability and coherence in the development phase promoted by the Vieira family ownership, entrepreneurs active internationally in various industrial sectors.

Key Largo: an identity-defining line

In 2026, Sessa Marine places particular focus on the Key Largo line, one of the historical pillars of the shipyard.

“Over thirty years,” highlights Francesco Parietti, “Sessa Marine has produced around 20,000 boats, more than 8,000 of which belong to the Key Largo range. These figures testify to the industrial and commercial value of a line that has contributed decisively to the worldwide diffusion of the brand.”

The first model of the new generation will be the Key Largo 25, a completely new project that retains the distinctive features of the historic line while introducing an updated technical and stylistic approach.

The KL25 will be built using vacuum infusion technology, a solution that allows:

• weight reduction

• improved performance

• greater structural efficiency

• an advanced technical base for the progressive renewal of the range

“The project,” underlines Luana Belotti, “will remain immediately recognizable as a Key Largo, but with layouts, habitability and functional solutions rethought, which will be officially presented during the summer boat shows.”

Design, supply chain and technological partners

To interpret this design evolution, Sessa Marine has chosen Daniele Mazzon, founder of Studio M, a designer with experience also gained at Pininfarina Nautical Division and in major international yachting projects.

The brand’s development path is also based on a solid industrial supply chain and consolidated collaborations with leading technological partners:

• Yamaha for the outboard engines of the Key Largo line

• Volvo Penta for other propulsion solutions

• Garmin for onboard electronics

Partnerships that reflect an industrial vision focused on quality, reliability and innovation.

With a strengthened management structure, a coherent design vision and the renewal of one of the most representative ranges in its history, Sessa Marine faces 2026 under the sign of industrial continuity and Italian excellence, consolidating its role in the international yachting landscape.
