From 27 to 31 May 2026, the Venice Arsenal will once again become the focal point of international yachting with the seventh edition of the Venice Boat Show. Promoted by the Municipality and organised by Vela Spa in collaboration with the Italian Navy, the event confirms its role as a platform for dialogue between industry, institutions and the market, reinforcing the historic connection between the lagoon city and maritime culture.

Presented at Ca’ Farsetti, the show positions itself as a structured event within the nautical calendar, with growing figures and an increasingly international dimension. Approximately 300 boats are expected, 240 of which in the water, alongside 270 exhibitors, across a 55,000-square-metre water basin, more than 1,100 linear metres of pontoons and 30,000 square metres of outdoor exhibition areas and historic Tese buildings.

The Arsenale waterfront will host large yachts and key premieres, including the diesel-electric explorer Numarine 30XP, the 25-metre AB80 and the AB95 sport superyacht by Next Yacht Group, alongside the Pershing GTX70 and Ferretti 670. Also on display will be the Sunreef 70 power catamaran and the Italian premiere of the Beneteau Gran Turismo 50, as well as models such as the Invictus ST550 and Pearl 63.

Among the highlights are the world premiere of the Say Carbon 32, the debut of the Greenline 42 and the Calita catamaran by Biondi Yacht. In the sailing segment, international participation is extensive, featuring models such as the Fountaine Pajot Elba 45, the Seawinds 11.70 catamaran, as well as Excess, Bali Cat Space, Lagoon 38 and the flagship Jeanneau 65. The line-up is completed by shipyards including Grand Soleil, Beneteau, Bavaria and Solaris.

Shipyards from Italy, Croatia, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Poland and Turkey underline the show’s role as a strategic hub between the Adriatic, the Mediterranean and Eastern Europe, fostering industrial relations along an axis linking North-East Italy to the Balkans and the Black Sea.

The central theme of the 2026 edition will once again be sustainability, with a strong focus on new propulsion technologies. Indoor areas will feature electric and hybrid systems, hydrogen solutions, onboard electronics and innovative materials aimed at reducing consumption and emissions.

At pontoon P2, sustainable boating applications will be showcased, including the Frauscher x Porsche 790 Spectre, the Omega 7.2 by Helios, the electric catamaran Sun Kiss and CyberCat, a fully electric workboat designed for waste collection in the water. The Seabin Project will also be present, with floating devices designed to capture microplastics in ports.

Alongside technological innovation, the show will highlight traditional boatbuilding heritage through the Wood Village, an area dedicated to wooden boats and historic construction techniques, featuring fine woods, traditional caulking and philological restorations. This segment combines craftsmanship and local identity within an event oriented towards innovation.

The exhibition will also include a dedicated area for water toys, a rapidly evolving sector that includes electric hydrofoils, underwater scooters, water bikes and zero-emission solutions, alongside around fifty events including conferences, round tables and technical sessions focused on the blue economy.

The 2025 edition recorded more than 30,000 visitors, with a qualified audience of owners, professionals and industry operators, confirming a steady growth trend that strengthens the show’s international positioning.

The Venice Boat Show thus consolidates its role as a platform for dialogue and development in contemporary yachting, combining exhibition, technical content and networking in a context that brings together maritime tradition and industrial innovation.
