Groupe Beneteau has published its 2025 activity report, showing a 26% reduction in CO₂ emissions intensity compared to 2022, across all scopes. The group's stated target is to reach -30% by 2030. Turnover in 2025 was €849 million, with over 6,200 employees and 16 production sites.

On electrification, the group offered 13 models with alternative propulsion in 2025, up from 10 in 2024. The main development is the creation of E-Lektra Marine, a 50/50 joint venture with Groupe Fountaine Pajot. The alliance brings together seven brands representing around 60% of the global sailing market and aims to develop an open standard for electric propulsion and intelligent onboard energy management. The target is to reach 10-15% electric adoption in the global sailing market by 2030, corresponding to several hundred boats per year.

On materials, the group is acting on both composite composition and end-of-life. In 2025, its production sites manufactured 4,400 parts in hemp fibre, using 5,500 kg of fibres from a local Vendée supply chain. Combined with a resin containing 35% bio-based content, this solution reduces greenhouse gas emissions of the parts concerned by 24% and fossil resource consumption by 35%, amounting to 11 tonnes of CO₂ avoided. Deployment of Arkema's recyclable Elium resin continues, with 12.6 tonnes of resin used and 14 tonnes of recycled or natural fibres. In April 2026, the Excess brand presented the Excess 11, described by the group as the world's first multihull built in recyclable Elium resin. With Arkema, Composite Recycling, Owens Corning, Chomarat and Veolia, the group has formed an industrial alliance to create a complete loop from production waste collection to reuse of resins and fibres in new boats.

On lifecycle, the group's refit programme aims to renovate 30-40 units per year. The acquisition of BMS Shipyard in Canet-en-Roussillon strengthens this activity. In 2025, 110 boats were available for shared use via Wiziboat for 1,010 subscribers, approximately one boat per nine users. Around 15,000 boats were equipped with the Seanapps system, up 50% year on year.

On training, over 92,000 hours of training were delivered to the group's 6,200 employees in 2025. The mentoring programme involved 715 tutor-trainee pairs across 43 industrial trades, totalling 32,400 hours of on-the-job training. The workplace accident rate fell from 15 to 12.3. The share of women in the workforce reached 32.5%, with a target of 40% by 2030.

"We are making progress on propulsion, materials, boat lifecycle and services, with a single ambition: to turn our commitments into concrete, deployable solutions. On these topics, we choose to act, to experiment and to work with our partners to move the industry forward," said Bruno Thivoyon, Chairman of the Management Board of Groupe Beneteau.
