The 8th Portugal Grand Prix – Round 2 concluded Saturday in Vilamoura, with final races sailed in a northerly breeze that stabilized through the afternoon, allowing the majority of the scheduled program to be completed and confirming the overall winners across the Olympic classes.
Following four days of competition, the regatta brought together a strong international fleet and finalized the standings in the 470, 49er, 49erFX, ILCA 7, and ILCA 6 classes.
The 49erFX title went to Spain’s Patricia Suarez and Melania Henke following steady performances across the final stages of the event.
