A Season to Remember: More Melges 24 Racing Coming Up
The 2026 Melges 24 season may be winding down, but the momentum certainly isn't! With an unforgettable World Championship in Harbor Springs behind us and M24s of Summer recently wrapped up in Tampa, there's still plenty of great racing ahead. Next up is the Bushwhacker Cup in Pensacola, followed by the much-anticipated Space Coast Cup at the Melges Watersports Center in Port Canaveral, Florida. This exciting new addition has all the makings of a future favorite on the Melges 24 racing calendar!
An exciting 2027 calendar of events is already taking shape, with more opportunities to race, reconnect, and enjoy Midwinters, Bacardi, Southeast Inland Championship and Charleston Race Week at Patriots Point!

A World of Winners. One Incredible Class.
What a World Championship! Congratulations to Anthony Kotoun and the Wah Gwan team, our 2026 Melges 24 World Champions, and to Duane Yoslov and his Looper team on capturing the Corinthian World Championship title!
But, winning comes in many forms. From Peter McClennen’s Gamecock being crowned 2026 Quantum Sails Melges 24 Great Lakes Cup Champion, and lady helm Sandy Askew being awarded the Meier Trophy, to special competition winners and the many teams recognized throughout the week, Harbor Springs gave us plenty of reasons to celebrate.
And that's what makes the Melges 24 so special. Exceptional competition, spectacular venues, lifelong friendships, and incredible support from our sponsors, sailmakers, and builder. Whether you're standing on the podium or simply enjoying another unforgettable day on the water, there's something about the Melges 24 family that makes everyone a winner.
A heartfelt thank-you to every team that participated and to the Little Traverse Yacht Club for hosting such an extraordinary World Championship. The racing may be over, but the memories live on!
