The EUROSAF 69F Youth European Championship ready to go in Acquafresca

The EUROSAF 69F Youth European Championship 2024 is ready to go at Acquafresca Sport Center, on the Garda Lake. An absolute first for the 69F Class in Acquafresca, with a double value: actually the event will be also valid al last championship of the series reserved to the youth crew of the 69F Class.

Races will take place between Tuesday 16 and Sunday 21, when the event will reach an end by crowning the new youth European Champion of the 69F Class and the winner of the 2024 Youth Foiling Gold Cup.

Six teams, representing five different Countries, are ready to join the event: Jajo Dutchsail Youth skippered by Paul Hameeteman and Jajo Dutchsail Women skippered by Willemijn Offerman from The Netherlands, CER Banque du Léman led by Alexander Ott from Switzerland, BYC Foiling Team with Anna Houdek as leader from Germany, Oceana Vivo led by Zachary Blomely from Great Britain and Daniele and Friends skippered by Daniele Minoni on behalf of Acquafresca Sport Center, so representing Italy.

The EUROSAF 69F Youth European Championship 2024 will be managed by PRO David Bartol and Race Director Dede De Luca on different race courses chosen by them on the basis on the weather conditions at the time.

"After an intense start of the season we are preparing to award the first important titles and it is a great pleasure that it will happens starting from the youngest ones. In fact, as 69F Class, we are committed to dedicating events and visibility to the youngest, who, it goes without saying, are the future of our sport. Moreover we are happy to be guest of the Acquafresca Sport Center, one of the most active club on the Garda Lake" stated Race Director Dede De Luca.
