Bering Yachts at Cannes 2024: new catamarans and boats on sale
A comfortable expedition yacht, Bering 70 Levanna, has hit the market. One of Bering’s most popular models, she is a blend of capability and style. At 22.43 meters, this semi-custom displacement explorer has a 6-mm steel hull with a superstructure made of marine-grade aluminum. With 74 tons of gross tonnage, Bering 70 is so spacious that it allows her to store enough fuel and provisions to comfortably host 6 guests and 2 crew members and travel non-stop for over 3,000 nautical miles at the cruise speed of 8 knots. Her shallow draft, long range, fuel efficiency, low maintenance, and ease of handling makes Levanna an ideal coastal exploring yacht for a family or a group of enthusiasts looking for sea adventures in luxury that is second to none.
The reverse-rake bow gives Levanna a contemporary look while improving her seaworthiness and fuel consumption. Clean and crisp lines, the finest materials used for the inside and outside finishing, and high-quality furniture made exclusively for this boat add to the overall ambiance of relaxation and comfort. Large glass panels, abundance of space for living and leisure, stable and quiet ride assured by Bering’s design and engineering teams, and many other features usually available at the superyachts – all of this and much more will be available to our guests to see and experience firsthand.
Bering 92 Papillon is a Bering Yachts movie star. She was featured in several amazing projects, traveling the Mediterranean for the first season of Bering Life, weathering the storms while chartering the Bahamas, and participating in the whale research for our science program participation in the Caribbeans. Being delivered in 2022, she is fully custom-built and the only Bering boat of this size. She is designed for prolonged autonomous blue-water trips at 29,08 meters and has 175 tons of displacement at full load.
Made for luxurious and relaxing blue-water adventures, Bering 92 has extensive living and recreational spaces found on all three decks. Her top speed is 12 knots, with a cruising speed of 9 knots and over 3,500 nautical miles of range. Powered by two Cummins diesel engines and an additional 5 solar panels, Papillon can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 staterooms, with 4 crew members waiting on their every need. Designed by Bering in cooperation with Sabdes Yacht Design, B92 sports a pale-gray hull with a red boot stripe. Her distinctive features have turned heads at several international boat shows, including FLIBS and Palm Beach. “Both Bering 70 and Bering 92 are pretty unique for our fleet,” says Bering Yachts founder Alexei Mikhailov, "You get a boat that slices through the waves, rather than rides them, in a sleek and streamlined Levanna, and along comes Papillon, a yacht with a surprising amount of space, which easily handles the rough sea and travels very smooth. You must see these two if you get excited by the yacht's design and capabilities”.
Europe's top in-water boat show and the world's no.1 show for large sailing boats, the Cannes Yachting Festival, will take place on September 10-15, 2024. Bering Yachts founder, sales, and marketing teams will be glad to welcome the visitors at the stand Palais 026. In addition, this event will showcase both the Bering 92 Papillon and the Bering 70 Levanna at anchor.
