Next Yacht, just delivered Eden the successful line Maiora 30

Another unit of the successful line Maiora 30 was delivered. It is a "Walkaround" version, whose main distinctive feature is the fly bridge, which can be enjoyed fully - from bow to stern - thanks to large outdoor areas and convenient side walkways free of any structural impediments. 

“Eden”, this is her name, is an example of how Next Yacht Group, under the Maiora brand, interprets the concept of a "Mediterranean" at-anchor-yacht - flooded by natural light through and through; highly liveable; featuring spacious volumes and large outdoor areas that allow to enjoy the sea and the sun at best; equipped with a traditional propulsion system, but oozing elegance and refinement in every single detail.

With her 30.5 m length, 7.5 m width, and impressive interdeck heights, this model offers her Owner and his guests extremely airy, comfortable spaces. A glaring example is undoubtedly the fly bridge, an area 'en-plein air', which - from bow to stern - extends over approximately 120 square metres and is totally free of any 'obstacles’, be they steps or stairs. This makes it just perfect to sunbathe or relax in the shaded areas caressed by the breeze, sip a cocktail at sunset or dine under the stars. This unit is also the first in her range to be fitted with a custom teak and glass hot tub fitting 5 adults and offering a breath-taking infinity view.

Another distinctive feature is the stern - a real "terrace" overlooking the sea, connected to the salon by a door that opens up completely in infinity mode to create one single, uninterrupted open space for convivial or relaxing moments spent in good company or privately, resting one’s gaze on the horizon or letting it sweep the stylish, welcoming interiors. A few steps lead to the large fully-equipped beach and sunbathing area, which is simply waiting to be enjoyed: diving into the water or lowering the water toys is just a matter of seconds. 

The bow, too, is quite unique, and features a Portuguese deck of unmatched size in this class. The garage is on one side and, being over 2 metres high, can fit a tender exceeding 6 metres in length – which is also an unparalleled size on yachts up to 40 metres - and countless water toys.  

The interiors, as is always the case, have been designed and furnished following the Owner's direct input. Thus confirming, once again, Maiora as the brand for real bespoke-designed yachts.
