Pearl is excited to attend the British Motor Yacht Show 2024, taking place from May 16th until 19th at Swanwick Marina – Southampton UK. This year, Pearl will be showcasing its best-selling model, the Pearl 62, exemplifying the brand’s commitment to quality and innovative yacht design.

The British Motor Yacht Show is not just a key event for yacht enthusiasts, it is a symbol of home for Pearl Yachts, located at the Swanwick Marina - few miles from Southampton in the south of England - the same location where Pearl inaugurated its sales head office in June 2022. This proximity gives Pearl’s presence at the show a special meaning: underscoring its deep connections with the local boating community and its commitment to the UK’s maritime heritage.

Pearl Yachts: A Tradition of Excellence

Founded in 1998, Pearl Yachts prides itself on being a boutique yacht builder. The company specializes in producing a limited number of high-quality motor yachts each year, crafted in collaboration with some of the world’s most renowned yacht designers, including Bill Dixon for exterior design and naval architecture, and Kelly Hoppen CBE, exclusive to Pearl, for the interior design.

Spotlight on the Pearl 62

The yacht on display, the Pearl 62, is designed to offer both style and functionality featuring spacious living areas, cutting-edge technology, and unique interiors that cater to sophisticated tastes and lifestyles. Measuring 18.6m, the Pearl 62 is the only yacht in the size-class to offer accommodations for eight guests across four cabins, including a full-beam owner's suite with private entrance and the choice of a crew cabin or a jet ski garage. Key features include an aft galley that opens to the cockpit, an expansive flybridge, and a foredeck lounge. Enhanced with Volvo IPS pod drive propulsion, including joystick control and station-keeping function for effortless owner-operated maneuvering, the Pearl 62 exemplifies compact luxury and innovation.

Iain Smallridge, Founder and Managing Director of Pearl Yachts, states, “The British Motor Yacht Show is a significant event for us, particularly as it takes place right here at Swanwick, close to our main office. Showcasing the Pearl 62 allows us to demonstrate our dedication to craftsmanship and detail in yacht building. We look forward to welcoming new and old clients and brand enthusiasts to discover its unique features firsthand.”
