Sanlorenzo: the I-Made exhibition during London Design Festival 

From 19 to 22 September Sanlorenzo, an outstanding leader in the yachting sector, will be in London to take part in the debut edition of I-Made (Italian Manufacture, Art and Design Exhibition), a project curated by the famous architect Giulio Cappellinito celebrate the unique excellence of Italian creativity.

The show organized during the London Design Festival 2019 will be held in the iconic spaces of the Saatchi Galleryin Chelsea, which for four days will present installations, talks and a selection of the most representative brands of Made in Italy, to convey a sense of the passion, tradition and uniqueness of Italian brands and designers to an international audience of architects, designers and design lovers.

As one of the world’s top producers of yachtsand superyachts, Sanlorenzo confirms its deep ties to the world of design, taking part in the project by displaying models of two of the yachts of the company’s fleet, exhibited like works of artto represent the unique combination of experience, craftsmanship, designand innovationbehind every sartorial creation of the shipyard.
Every Sanlorenzo yacht is the result of a complex, versatile and innovative project, honed down to the smallest details thanks to the dedication of excellent local craftsmen, and personalized to meet the specific needs of the owner.

For this novel exhibition, Sanlorenzo narrates nautical excellence in terms of the unique capacity developed over the years to break down all boundaries and counter the traditional rigidity of the world of yachting, introducing design and art, thanks to the innovative vision of Cavalier Massimo Perotti, Chairman of the company.
Sanlorenzo has been the first to involve outstanding talents in the interior design of yachts, such as Dordoni Architetti, Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, Piero Lissoni (Art Director of the company since 2018)and Patricia Urquiola. Thanks to their efforts, Sanlorenzo has taken new visions on board, introducing innovations and stylemes that have made it possible to reinterpret the concept of on-board space, a true all-around asset of Sanlorenzo.

With the participation at I-Made, Sanlorenzo remains on course in the world of design, confirming its desire to tell its story by being a part of the main international events in this sector.
