Say Carbon presents flagship at Cannes Yachting Festival

Say Carbon will make a splash at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival (8 – 13 september) presenting the shipyard’s new flagship. The carbon specialist from Southern Germany will unveil their SAY 42 Runabout to the general public.

The new SAY 42 Runabout is the latest model from SAY Carbon – stylish, sexy, comfortable and of course just as fast and efficient as all other SAY boats. The previous 42 has been completely reengineered and given a design that makes her a modern, timeless sports boat. Even in many years her look will inspire. Karl Wagner, CEO of SAY Carbon, comments: „This yacht is an impressive example of the new era we started several years ago at the shipyard. Her styling, developed by KET from Munich, is a piece of art. We have already lots of interest for this model and will be happy to show her in port and at sea in Cannes.”

A characteristic wavecutter bow and sidewings of the ultralight carbon hull provide fascinatingly simple handling and maximum stability even at higher turning speeds. Due to her lightweight construction, the SAY 2 Runabout is, despite her performance, an extremely fuel-efficient boat compared to the competition.The new SAY 42 has also been designed as a luxurious comfort zone: an optional hardtop protects against the sun, the Seakeeper stabilizer eliminates rolling and a voluminous cabin below deck guarantees privacy and classifies the new SAY flagship as a real weekender.

Up to 12 guests can experience the SAY 42 Runabout at the same time – the capacity is extremely generous for a boat of this size. The colour, the interior and the fit-out of the SAY 42 Runabout will be customized for every owner to guarantee he will get exactly the boat of his choice.
