Van der Valk: new order for 34-metre tri-deck explorer superyacht

Superyacht

12/06/2020 - 12:32

It’s always a pleasure to receive new orders of course, especially from repeat clients who have thoroughly enjoyed their previous experiences both in building a Van der Valk motoryacht and spending time onboard. All those experiences and more are being deployed to great effect on this fully custom 34-metre tri-deck explorer, designed to ensure all family members can join the fun onboard.

Due for delivery at the end of next year, this all-aluminium beauty will be fully wheelchair-friendly with a lift between the decks and totally flush floors. Another specific owner request is for high ceilings in all the luxury spaces which, along with the giant superstructure windows, will add to the spacious feel and sense of living close to the water. Accommodations include a VIP suite on the bridge deck, an owner’s stateroom on the lower deck, plus three suites in the bow.

As fantastic as the interior sounds – and we’ll certainly ensure it’s a joy to enjoy – the greatest wow factor is perhaps being reserved for the large aft entertainment area. This lovely open space, with its different relaxation and dining areas, bar and swim platform, is going to be the place to be during the day. And to ensure the explorer is exceptionally comfortable at sea, the hull features a wave piercing bow, performance-enhancing Hull Vane system.
