Oceanair, introducing the next generation of hatch screens

For 27 years, Oceanair have been providing simple yet elegant hatch screens to the marine industry. The SKYSCREEN Powered brings the latest advancement in almost three decades of designing blinds for hatches, and the most innovative yet! Using Oceanair’s DAME Nominated Powered Roof Blind System, the SKYSCREEN Powered is available with recessed or concealed installation and the modular design keeps simplicity at its heart. Available with white or beige hardware, it can also be custom painted to suit your designs.

It is available with standard ‘Fixed Sequence Blind Control’ with a single motor drive, or the advanced ‘Flexible Blind Control’ with dual motors. The Flexible Blind Control allows multiple blinds to be operated seperately using the same controls, giving you the ability for mixed blind coverage.

Perhaps the most exciting part of this system is its ability to accommodate a range of blind types. Blackout and Flyscreens can be used and any combination of roller and pleated fabrics can be paired up, allowing you the best of both worlds. Such is the flexibility of the design, it is possible to swap out blinds at a later date and even interchange between roller and pleated blinds, without removing or altering the frame and headlining. Oceanair have improved the operating mechanism with belted side tracks, to make for a more elegant system, eliminating the rattling. It is available with Oceanair’s 12v or 24v Atlantic motors and has a range of liner and trim options.
