30 Honda-powered boats on show at Hiswa Te Water 2026

Honda Marine will demonstrate the unique technology, upgraded features and striking design of its evolving outboard range with 30 Honda-powered boats on show at this year’s 41st edition of Hiswa te Water. 

Leading boat brands, including Maxima, Protagon, Highfield, Dante, Ranieri, Micore, Navisoul and Strongr, will feature various Honda Marine engines on their vessels, all configured for optimum performance. 

The array of engine-boat packages reflects the growing strength of Honda Marine’s dealer network and boatbuilder partnerships in the Netherlands, which are meeting customer demand for convenient turnkey solutions and best-in-class fuel efficiency. 

Honda Marine’s collaboration with Dutch shipyard Maxima Boats will take centre stage, with 14 boats on the water at the show. 

With Dutch design as its heart, Maxima’s models combine the handling characteristics and performance of a sports boat with the comfortable, social layout of a traditional Dutch sloop. The Honda outboards are the perfect fit, delivering a driving experience which is smooth, quiet, luxurious and relaxed. 

The most recent landmark launch, the new Maxima 800 Sport powered by dual Honda BF200 outboards, underlines the companies’ joint dedication to delivering fully-matched, well-designed Honda-powered boats that meet the needs of a broader international audience. 

Additional Honda Marine partners showcasing boats on the stand at Hiswa te Water include: Rijnzicht with the Protagon 20 and 25 and the Highfield ADV7; JG Boats with the Dante 600, 800 and 900; Vidini with the Micore 68 BR, 61 BR and 45 SC; Navisol with the 850 Pro Cabin; Ranieri with the Voyager 19 and 21; and Schroder with the Stongr 750. 

A selection of the latest Honda Marine outboards will be on display, including engines from the upgraded V6 series (the Honda BF200, BF225 and BF250) and the 4-cylinder model range (the Honda BF115, BF135 and BF150), as well as the flagship BF350 V8 outboard. 

Innovative technology incorporated in the Honda Marine outboard packages includes new digital instruments and displays, ergonomic control boxes, Honda Intelligent Shift and Throttle® (iST®) drive-by-wire controls, and integration into onboard networks.  

Honda outboards feature a number of unique benefits including: ECOmo to increase fuel efficiency and lower operating costs; Boosted Low Speed Torque (BLAST™) for improved holeshot performance; Variable Valve Timing & Electronic Control (VTEC®) for smooth power delivery; and Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI) for quick starts, instant throttle response, powerful performance, and low fuel consumption.

The 41st edition of Hiswa te Water in the Bataviahaven in Lelystad will feature a record 361 exhibitors and 425 boats in the harbour. Sustainable sailing will once again be prominent at the fair, with the Green Route guiding visitors through sustainable innovations.
