With the start of 2026, Arcadia Yachts further strengthens its positioning in the 80–100-foot yacht segment, announcing a new sale that helps consolidate an order book now approaching €30 million. A result that reflects the shipyard’s commercial solidity and the consistency of a range that, in recent years, has successfully addressed a demand increasingly focused on efficiency, onboard quality of life and the relationship with the marine environment.

At the core of this latest milestone is the signing of a contract for the seventh unit of the Sherpa 80, a model that has progressively established itself as one of the cornerstones of Arcadia’s production. Delivery is scheduled for next spring and will add to that of three other units currently under construction, all between 80 and 96 feet in length. A production flow that confirms both the industrial continuity of the shipyard and the resilience of a market segment that is far from saturated.

This new sale represents more than just a numerical achievement, as it reinforces a clearly defined positioning strategy. The Sherpa 80 embodies the brand’s distinctive traits: generous volumes relative to length, reduced fuel consumption and a design approach that prioritises direct contact with the sea and the surrounding natural environment. These elements align with the slow-yachting philosophy, which has long been an integral part of Arcadia’s identity.

Alongside the Sherpa 80, the order book also benefits from the positive market response to the A96new and A80new models, the first expressions of the shipyard’s new course. This path revolves around a concept of wellbeing defined as authentic and long-lasting, set to be further developed in the coming years through the launch of new models. The concentration of deliveries in this size range highlights a clear strategic choice: to firmly consolidate a segment in which Arcadia has built a recognisable reputation over time.

On the commercial front, 2026 also opens with signs of interest coming from markets geographically distant from the Mediterranean. Advanced negotiations are currently under way with owners from regions such as Asia, an area that Arcadia Yachts had so far explored only marginally. This suggests that the recent cycle of renewal across the range is generating an appeal capable of extending beyond the traditional European basin.

Overall, the combination of new sales, imminent deliveries and openings towards emerging markets outlines a start to the year marked by continuity and controlled growth. A path that confirms the quality of the shipyard’s strategy and strengthens Arcadia Yachts’ role as one of the most solid and recognisable players in a highly articulated and competitive market segment.
