For Next Yacht Group, 2025 marked a year of industrial consolidation and commercial and technological strengthening. The Viareggio-based group, which brings together the Maiora and AB Yachts brands, announced this morning that it recorded significant results both in production and in international positioning.

During the year, a total of ten sales were finalised across the two brands, accompanied by six contract variations and four deliveries, while the order book exceeded €100 million. At the same time, the group introduced four new projects: AB110s for AB Yachts and Maiora M|30, M|38 and 42 Exuma for the Maiora brand, expanding its range into different size segments and usage profiles.

Two units made their world debut directly afloat at major international boat shows: AB95 at the Cannes Yachting Festival and Maiora 36 Exuma at the Monaco Yacht Show. The group’s exhibition strategy was reoriented towards a structured presence at key international events, including Dubai, Palm Beach, Venice, Cannes, Monaco and Fort Lauderdale.

From a technological standpoint, 2025 saw the introduction of the NEXT AI-Integrated System, a proprietary artificial intelligence platform designed to operate in a local-first mode without relying on external connectivity. The system is conceived as an autonomous onboard management architecture and will be progressively implemented across the shipyard’s entire range starting in 2026.

The results achieved are also reflected in international rankings. For the first time, Next Yacht Group has entered the world Top 20 yacht builders according to the Global Order Book, ranking 15th with 19 units between yachts under construction and delivered in the period from September 2024 to September 2025, for a total combined length of 635 metres. This figure is up on the previous year, reflecting increased production volumes and new orders.

On the industrial side, the group also announced the launch of a phase of repositioning and brand identity review, accompanied by collaborations with external partners in the fields of design and lifestyle, including a partnership with the Elie Saab maison.

During 2025, AB Yachts models received several international awards, including prizes linked to performance and design in the 30–40 metre segment, while the group as a whole was recognised for its industrial development and production excellence.

According to management, the three-year industrial plan provides for further growth through the introduction of new models, the strengthening of strategic partnerships and the expansion of production facilities starting in 2026, with the aim of consolidating the group’s position among the leading players in international yacht building.
