Baglietto has delivered the first T60, the new 60-metre yacht that becomes the largest vessel ever built by the La Spezia shipyard in its 172-year history. Hull no. 10260, the first of a series of three yachts already sold and currently under construction, marks the operational debut of the new platform and confirms the shipyard’s growth strategy in the large yacht segment.

Designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design for the exterior, with interiors by the same studio in collaboration with Margherita Casprini, the T60 forms part of Baglietto’s industrial strategy aimed at strengthening its position in the upper end of the international yachting market. The shipyard has launched an investment plan worth approximately €25 million through 2030, focused on expanding production facilities, technological innovation and the development of in-house expertise. The programme includes new offices, additional production halls and the roofing of a major in-water outfitting area, while projects for yachts up to 75 metres in length are already under development.

With an overall length of 60 metres and a gross tonnage of 1,100 GT, the T60 reinterprets Baglietto’s traditional design language while introducing distinctive features such as visually lighter hull sides and the continuous black glass band incorporating the portholes, now a defining element of the shipyard’s latest design identity.

Particular attention has been given to the layout, conceived to create continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. The full-height opening windows in the main saloon and upper deck connect the beach area, main saloon and dining room into a two-level living environment. A 60-square-metre beach lounge aft features a swimming pool, gym, bar and conversation area.

On the first hull, the entire upper deck has been dedicated exclusively to the owner, creating a true Owner’s Deck with a private suite, office, walk-in wardrobe, two bathrooms and direct access to a forward swimming pool equipped with a counter-current system. The deck also includes an outdoor lounge, dining area and whirlpool. Guest accommodation comprises four cabins on the main deck and a fifth cabin on the lower deck, together with a professional galley and a wellness area including a massage room, sauna and hammam. Crew quarters accommodate up to thirteen people, while the garage is designed to house a 23-foot tender, two jet skis and a rescue tender. The yacht is also equipped with a touch-and-go helicopter platform.

Power comes from two CAT 3512 engines, delivering a top speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots.

Commenting on the delivery, Chief Executive Officer Diego Michele Deprati said that the T60 represents a strategic milestone for the shipyard, noting that the three yachts already sold confirm the market’s confidence in the new platform and support Baglietto’s long-term growth plan, backed by ongoing investments and the development of new projects in the large yacht segment.

The new Baglietto T60 will make its world premiere at the Monaco Yacht Show, taking place from 23 to 26 September 2026.
