The new Chief Technology Officer of ACQ Group is Fabrizio Ottoni Limena, CEO and founder of YachtMind, which now becomes a Group brand and its internal software house.

The goal is to develop innovative AI-based solutions for the agency and the entire industry that further improve operational efficiency and onboard and onshore experiences.

Fabrizio Ottoni Limena, CEO of YachtMind, is the new Chief Technology Officer of ACQ Group. Drawing on 20+ years of worldwide experience developing technology for various sectors and on know-how gained in the superyacht segment, Ottoni Limena will lead technological development at the company founded by Stefano Tositti, aiming to revolutionise the world of luxury yachting with a series of solutions based on the latest artificial intelligence technologies and highly curated information.

YachtMind, a company offering AI-based solutions for the yachting industry, now becomes a ACQ Group brand and its internal software house. This strategic acquisition further strengthens ACQ Group’s position as a leader in innovation and operational excellence within the yachting industry. The purpose of the acquisition is to drive the development of AI-powered, specialist software designed to guide the onboard experience with tailor-made solutions for every aspect of yachting—such as managing guest and crew preferences, generating instant cost quotations, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. By advancing intelligent solutions both onboard and onshore, ACQ Group aims to elevate the performance and precision of yachting professionals across the industry.

Fabrizio Ottoni Limena is a former senior technology consultant specialising in data analytics, business intelligence, and transactional chatbots in various fields. He has worked on and around superyachts in Europe, US, Caribbean, Middle East, Pacific Ocean, Latin America, and the Antarctic, including as a captain, marina dockmaster, and yacht agent, giving him a wealth of practical experience and a fine-tuned ability to understand the needs of crews, yachting professionals, and guests alike.
