Bali Catamarans: Benjamin Sueur is taking the helm of BALI Catamarans' sales activities
The CATANA Group is pleased to announce a significant strategic evolution within its sales division. Following four successful years as Area Sales Manager, Benjamin Sueur has now been appointed Sales Manager for the BALI CATAMARANS brand. He succeeds Boris Compagnon who, after seven years in this position, is taking on new cross-functional responsibilities within the Group.
Benjamin Sueur: Expertise in the field, and a passion for the open sea
This appointment comes as recognition of his flawless career within the company. Benjamin Sueur joined BALI Catamarans four years ago and has demonstrated a keen commercial vision as Area Sales Manager. During this period, he has played a key role in expanding and professionalising the brand’s international distribution network. He has also forged and consolidated relationships of trust with major players in the charter sector, a vital market for the brand’s growth.
Before joining BALI, Benjamin had already gained experience in the international marine industry, notably at OUTREMER, where he acquired a thorough knowledge of the blue water cruising and performance markets.
Beyond his managerial skills, Benjamin Sueur is above all a passionate sailor. With a wealth of personal sailing experience, including an Atlantic circuit, he brings to his new role an intimate understanding of the expectations of recreational boaters. This dual role as a seasoned professional and experienced sailor is a valuable asset in embodying the values of innovation and comfort that make up part of the BALI DNA.
Boris Compagnon: A strategic vision for the Group’s four brands
The transition also marks a new stage for Boris Compagnon. As the driving force behind BALI Catamarans' commercial development over the past seven years, he has helped to raise the brand to become one of the world leaders in the sector.
Boris Compagnon will now focus on more strategic and cross-functional roles within the CATANA Group. His mission will be to accompany and support the overall development of the brands in the portfolio which include CATANA, BALI, YOT, and SEATY.
In this new role, he will steer long-term strategy and product development, ensuring the consistency and relevance of future ranges. At the same time, he will be bringing his expertise to the Group’s commercial and marketing structure, guaranteeing optimal synergy between the various entities.
A dynamic of continuity and ambition
With this reorganisation, the CATANA Group confirms its desire to sustain its success while continuing to prepare for the future. The appointment of Benjamin Sueur ensures strong operational continuity for BALI Catamarans, while Boris Compagnon’s new remit will enable the Group to strengthen its commercial and marketing vision across all its markets, from luxury catamarans to innovative motorboating.
