Besenzoni has awarded the Customer Service Excellence Award to selected service centers within its network that distinguished themselves in 2024 for their expertise, responsiveness, and dedication to customer service. 

The award is given to partners who have demonstrated outstanding professionalism, prompt response times, and the ability to solve even the most complex issues. This recognition reaffirms the importance of after-sales service within Besenzoni offering and highlights the value of its global assistance network. 

The meeting at the company headquarters was also a key opportunity for discussion and planning for 2025, reinforcing Besenzoni ongoing commitment to providing top-level support. The “Senza Pensieri” program, which operates seven days a week throughout the summer, was also confirmed.
